In March of 2023, the Bradfield's rented a 10 x 15 storage space and made the difficult decision that anything they owned which didn't fit would be sold, including their beloved home. The proceeds from this sale have been earmarked to purchase as much land as possible to realize their dream of establishing a tiny house village. This village aims to provide housing for domestic abuse survivors and their pets, starting with 20 tiny homes. The Bradfield's are currently actively searching for suitable land, aiming for 10-20 acres in close proximity to Amarillo. However, they face a challenge as they lack sufficient funds for the complete build-out of the 20 houses.

Do you have land you can donate or sell? We will need properties for Phase 1- High crisis survivors who need to be hidden in safety. Phase 2 properties would be needed, for survivors, passed the dangerous season and ready to start rebuilding their lives.

Can you make a monthly donation? HTHM is already currently providing counseling and so much more for women in crisis(Please see our Thank you page). A monthly donation of ANY size, could help cover the cost of materials, or go towards the build out budget that has been set at $500,000 for the first 20 tiny homes. This build out budget includes septic & well installation, unless the Lord provides a property with it already available.
